Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located in the heart of Downtown Phoenix in the Garfield Historic Neighborhood, this modern tiny home offers a quiet, cool retreat, just minutes from downtown. Walk or bike to major downtown venues, sports arenas, hospitals, and restaurants. Or take the light rail and connect directly to the airport, Tempe, and Glendale. This house is the perfect location for your business trip, convention, sporting event, or family vacation.
Guests have access to the entire premises. This includes:
-A kitchen with induction cooktop, cookware, and dishes - Light cooking only
-Off street parking plus free on street parking.
-Washer and Dryer available on site for stays of 3 nights or more"
This is a comfortable, unique 400sq ft Tiny Home. There are 2 bedrooms and one Bath (shower). The house sleeps a maximum of 4 guests.
Guests have access to the entire house and fenced, private front yard. Free off-street parking in the private parking area is provided to guests.
High speed WiFi, Netflix, and HBO Max are provided.
I prefer to give my guests privacy. Access is provided to the home via keypad.
I am readily available should guests need anything to make their stay more comfortable or to provide recommendations on the area!!!

The historic house is located in the Garfield Historic Neighborhood near Roosevelt Row. Welcome Diner, Gallo Blanco, and Tratto are all a minute’s walk. This house is perfect for those visiting the U of A Phoenix medical campuses, ASU Downtown, Phoenix hospitals, and the Phoenix Convention Center.
There are also pay as you go rental bikes and scooters located throughout the neighborhood.
Private parking and additional free street parking available. The house is located downtown and there are bikes and scooters available for rent through the app.

No dogs. No cats. No exceptions. The house is not suitable for dogs. Guests that arrive with dogs will be asked to leave and the booking will not be refunded. We make no exceptions to this rule at this property.

Quiet enough except for being very close to the airport. some street noise...some airplane.
it would be so much better with some dark or blackout curtains. especially in that front bedroom. the sun coming up before 6am directly into the front, east facing bedroom made for early mornings.
but, comfortable enough, clean, the AC worked fine and it was .09 miles to the baseball stadium and just over 2 miles to the airport rental car center.
worked for us.
