Guests to Coastal Breeze can enjoy the many benefits of Nettles Island, including 2 pools, hot tubs, mini-golf, tennis, and pickleball. The main clubhouse has its own dining restaurant, pool table, ping pong, racquetball/handball courts, shuffleboard, and basketball. In addition guests also have access to Nettles Island Beach pool pavilion on the Atlantic Ocean with lifeguard, bathrooms, and showers. Nettles Island is a gated resort community with 24/7 manned security with its own Marina which includes a restaurant, hair salon, massage spa, and even its own grocery store.
Coastal Breeze is a single family home directly on the Indian River which includes Free WiFi for your laptops, tablets, & cell phones. There are 3 Smart Flatscreen TVs to enjoy your favorite streaming. Main living room has full cable package television channels included. Additional house amenities include coffee pots, Keurig, fully stocked kitchenware, fridge in each kitchen with icemaker, linens and towels, hand lotions, soap, toiletries, and beach chairs. We were looking for a place with a bit of wow factor and we found it! This place faces due west on the Indian river. The sunsets and the view are spectacular. This place is well appointed and clean! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt right at home.

Great place to stay. Owner was great and very responsive to any concern. House was absolutely wonderful, very clean and comfortable with everything you would need for a perfect vacation. Hope to stay there again.

This place is perfect for a family vacation. Right on the water. Beautiful sunsets. Excellent fishing.
My grandkids had so much fun and didn’t want to leave. Would definitely recommend this place

Nice, roomy home. Kitchen and bedroom on each floor. Beautiful new dock for sunbathing. Easy access to beach provided by community. Two pools. Security. Plenty of windows to enjoy views of the water and the sunset. Great restaurants nearby.
