The property, classified 4*, offers two distinct living spaces: a large house with 3 master suites, a large living room with a view of the swimming pool and an annex with two independent studios, located near the parking lot with private terraces at the back, garden view. The bedrooms offer 5 double beds (2x 160 and 3x140).
On the neighborhood side,
The house is located in a residential area, right in the heart of the village of Moliets, the shops are only a 5 minute walk away. Remember to rent bikes for a car-free holiday: the nearby cycle path goes all the way to the beach! The ocean is 3 kms away.
