This modern, bright 3 bedroom duplex apartment, sleeping up to 7-8 people, is situated perfectly, being less than a 5 minute walk to the village of Grimentz and a 2 minute walk to the main lift, which is open in summer for walkers and mountain bikers and in winter for skiers.The apartment is fully furnished with flat screen TV with DVD, and free Wi-Fi internet access. The open plan kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances including oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is a spacious dining area with an extendable table seating up to 8 guests and a lovely fireplace in the living room area - a welcoming sight after a day on the slopes.
The master bedroom is situated on the lower floor with an en-suite bathroom accessible from the main living area also. On the upper level there is another double room, a large family room with 3 single beds and an extra camp bed, 1 family shower room and 1 separate WC.
The apartment also has a balcony boasting a fabulous vantage point of the surrounding mountains - with table and chairs to sit back and take in the views.
