This meticulously remodeled (2024) and professionally designed one-bedroom suite features an innovative SLIDING WALL in the living area, easily transforming the space into a private second bedroom. Complete with two full bathrooms, one upstairs, one downstairs, this stunning oceanfront property unit overlooks one of the community's four beautiful pools.
This spacious two story town home (noiseless, nobody above or below you) is your private oasis within the highly sought-after Wailea Resort District of Wailea Ekahi Villas. Step outside onto one of your two private lanais and let the beauty of Wailea wash over you. The breathtaking pool and garden views, combined with the gentle trade winds and lush tropical landscape, create a serene ambiance that’s hard to resist.
With its sleek, modern design and comfortable furnishings, Unit 42A is the ideal retreat for couples or small families. And for those traveling with extra guests, the innovative sliding wall transforms the living room into a private bedroom, ensuring everyone enjoys their stay in comfort and style. For those extra guests sleeping on our pull out sofa sleeper, we have a new memory foam mattress to ensure a well deserved good nights rest.

Snorkel with turtles, take a romantic stroll at sunset, or simply gaze at the Milky Way on a starry night on Keawakapu Beach. Our property beach is a 6-8 minute walk down the middle of our property. Pack up our beach cart with our boogie boards and snorkel gear and off you go! No need to drive anywhere.

The accommodations were new, clean, and everything we needed to enjoy the location was included. There is not an ocean view from this property which I expected from the description I read, however there is an ocean view from the pool which is steps away from the unit.
I contacted the owner by text, email, and phone to see if we could get a later check out time because our flight was not until 7:30 pm, but I never received a response of any kind which was a little disappointing. We were out promptly by eleven and had a lot of time to kill without any accommodation.
Condo was great, communication less so.

The unit is recently remodeled with modern everything. The property is quiet and spacious with four different pools, including the big pool right next to the beach. Kory was an excellent communicator… overall pleasant vacation stay there again

The condo is well-appointed. We had everything we needed. It was a little further from the beach than we expected, but the pool is right out the back door. We would stay there again.
