This beautiful home in the Paradise Palms Resort condominium has a professional and cozy decor. There are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and accommodates up to 12 guests, it has 2,128 SqFt.
Fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom and dining/living room with everything you need to make the perfect trip in Mickey's land. In addition, we offer full assistance during your stay, we do everything to make you have an unforgettable stay.

Seven days before your arrival, we’ll send the voucher with instructions for check-in.
The vacation homes are all self-catering. This means that it is your responsibility to carry all the supplies that you will consume or use during your stay. This includes toiletries, food, beverages, etc.
House Rules
DO NOT SMOKE - very strict non-smoking policy. INFRACTIONS $500 fine. We allow you to smoke outside the house, with doors and windows closed, no cigarette or odor must be present in the house, otherwise, you will be charged the fine.
PETS and PARTIES are not allowed.
It is not allowed, under any hypothesis, the use of charcoal BBQ. Subject to fine.
Extras - Only if requested
Pool Heater fee: $30/night (minimum 5 nights);
BBQ fee: $70 for the entire stay - this amount includes cleaning the barbecue after the check-out. I DO NOT PROVIDE FULL PROPANE GAS, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REFILLING THE GAS IF YOU WANT TO USE IT.
There is a $10 fee for the pick-up of any size and shape of package that is delivered.

We checked in on a Saturday the house was cooled and clean. The beds were good quality. The gat security was friendl. Even though there were cheer teams in the same area we were staying there was never any issue with noise or anyone disturbing us. I am hiping to book our December trip this month. Shanon

The home itself was nice in appearance, but the overall experience was disappointing. The walls, nightstand, and banister were visibly dirty and the home didn’t feel properly cleaned. On top of that, it was completely unstocked—we had to purchase all the essentials ourselves, including hand soap, toilet paper, and trash bags, which made the stay feel inconvenient and unwelcoming.One of the biggest issues was the strict and unusual guest policy. We were told that if we planned to have anyone over, even just to visit, we needed to give at least a one-day notice. To make matters worse, guests weren’t even allowed to drive onto the property. This is extremely limiting, especially for a weekend stay, and it created unnecessary stress.Overall, while the house had potential, the cleanliness, lack of basic supplies, and restrictive guest rules make it a place I would not recommend.
