At the foot of the magnificent medieval village of Bormes-les-Mimosas, on a 2,000-square-meter private property comprising three villas (including the owner’s), we offer a charming, brand-new 3-star villa equipped with all modern comforts. An ideal rental for a family. The surroundings are very quiet, with trees and flowers, and feature a magnificent saltwater pool. The pool is maintained regularly. The municipal tennis courts are located 50 meters away. All shops are within walking distance. Parking is available on the property, with an electric gate and a keypad. The owners live on-site. The location is ideal for a relaxing vacation by the pool or an active getaway to explore our beautiful region, our stunning beaches, and our “Golden Islands”—Porquerolles, Port-Cros, and Le Levant.

Lovely small house with a secluded garden and a beautiful swimming pool and very friendly and helpful owners on site. Convenient for local shops and all the amenities of Bormes-les-Mimosas and Le Lavandou.

Pierre and Claudia were very welcoming and on hand should you have any problems and ready to help. Local shops and amenities 5 min walk. Lovely clean, well equipped and comfortable, air conditioned house with use of shared salt water swimming pool and beautifully kept garden. We enjoyed our time staying at the house and exploring the area by car. Many thanks for your hospitality.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa pleinement conforme à la description et aux photos. Les propriétaires sont charmants et pleins de bons conseils sur la région. Le jardin est très agréable, bien arboré et la piscine est parfaite avec des enfants. La maison est comme neuve et bien équipée, les chambres à l’étage très confortables et la cuisine bien équipée. La localisation est parfaite avec commerces à proximité et les plus belles plages de la région ne sont qu’à une dizaine de minutes en voiture. Nous reviendrons!
