About this house rental
First rental in 2023! Modern, non-smoking vacation home (house within a house) — a two-story maisonette apartment with a private entrance and its own fully fenced-in terrace — located in the North Sea resort town of Dornumersiel, in the Westerbur district, away from the tourist crowds. There’s plenty of space here for up to 4 people and a baby. A maximum of two well-behaved dogs are allowed.
The sandy beach with beach chairs and views of the islands, the fishing harbor, the solar-heated seawater swimming pool, the tourist center with a playhouse and a fireplace room, as well as the town center with restaurants, pubs, and shopping are only about 3,000 meters away.
20-156a:
First floor: Very spacious living and dining room with a cozy seating area and a flat-screen TV with satellite reception. Fitted kitchen with a four-burner stove featuring a ceramic cooktop and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and all necessary appliances, as well as ample dishes, silverware, pots, etc. Large solid-wood dining table with seating.
Guest restroom.
All windows have electric shutters.
Upper floor: Two bedrooms, each with a double bed; one with a double bed, one with a futon bed.
A travel crib must be brought along if needed.
