An affordable, clean and convenient studio apartment is waiting for your arrival in the Jungle Terrace neighborhood. Accommodations are ideal for the individual who wants a private and relaxing environment that provides for the basic essential amenities. The queen bed and fresh linens will allow for a good night's rest. The television is visible from both the bed and couch. Curtains allow for privacy between the bedroom and sitting area. A large walk-in bedroom closet is an added convenience for personal items. The kitchen comes equipped with an apartment size stove and refrigerator. Daily kitchen accessories include a coffee maker and microwave. The bathroom is small and functional.
Your comfort is our priority. Outside, relax under your private, covered patio. A golf putting green is available for your enjoyment. Lounge chairs allow for relaxation in our garden area. Shared with your unit is the driveway and large fenced backyard; separate patios, divided by a gate. Laundry is available upon request.
One obedient dog is welcome. Owner supervision of the dog is required at all times. The dog fee is 50.00 during the duration of your reservation.
Your health and safety is a priority: Emergency supplies and emergency contact information are inside your unit.
A 5 minute bike ride will have you travelling (Pinellas Trail) to Tarpon Springs.
A 5 minute car ride will have you parked at the Walter Fuller Baseball Complex.
A 10 minute bike ride will have you fishing in Boca Ciega Bay.
A scenic 15 minute car ride will have you on the beach of The Gulf of Mexico or swinging your golf clubs on the numerous surrounding golf courses (public and private).
The Tyrone Mall is in our neighborhood.

An absolutely wonderful stay! The accommodation was perfect and Susan's hospitality was outstanding. The unit was very clean and nice. Loved the small patio where I could work and enjoy the sunshine. Susan was communicative, helpful, and accommodating from start to finish.

I was very pleased with every aspect of the accommodation. I travel alone and the family neighborhood was quiet and safe. Shops and restaurants were close by as was access to the city. The space was clean and very comfortable with everything I needed and the host friendly and helpful. On top of all that, great value for the money!

Property was as described. Small but very comfortable, great location and the host could not have been nicer. Excellent communication. Best price in the area.

Had to book a hotel the first night. We had issues at the airport and arrived 2mins after 8pm to a locked door and no response from the host
