As soon as you enter this Gulf-front three-bedroom, you’ll be wowed by the views through walls of glass. Decorated with stylish neutral furnishings and vinyl plank flooring, the spacious living room is the perfect place to gather. Lie back on the sofas or curl up with a book on the recliner and watch a movie on the flatscreen TV after a busy beach day. There’s plenty of floor space for the kids to play too.
It’s easy to prepare meals in the spacious open kitchen, which is fully equipped with white cabinetry, white appliances, and granite countertops. There’s also a matching wet bar with a sink, ice maker, open glass shelving, and a mirrored backsplash. When it’s time to dine, take your pick between the enormous breakfast bar with seating for four or the Gulfview formal dining table for eight.
With three spacious bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a Queen sleeper sofa, this home comfortably sleeps ten. Each has crisp white linens, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and its own bathroom, so you’ll be in dreamland in no time. This home also has a fourth bathroom and a full washer and dryer, so it really is easy to accommodate the whole crew.
But the best part of all is the spacious Gulf-front balcony. Relax on cushioned outdoor furniture or soak in the sunshine on a chaise lounge as you take in the most breathtaking Gulf views. Located high above the beachfront pools and white-sand beach at Phoenix West, there are views of emerald waters as far as the eye can see. It doesn’t get much better than this.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
