The place for families and friends at East Attica coast.A spacious 245 sq.m., 4 bedrooms suburban villa with a cozy atmosphere, in a peaceful area located at the eastern coast of Attica. You can enjoy the relaxing environment next to the 40 sq.m. pool at all times of the day and night. The wooden deck of 70 sq.m. allows you to soak in the sun or to relax with a book and music. Quiet places can be discovered at the corners of our greenery garden in the western and southern areas of the property or at the four verandas spread out on all four floors. You can also enjoy a romantic dinner by the pool and make sure you do not miss out on the opportunity to experience a beautiful sunrise of the south Euboean gulf from the attic veranda.
Artemis is at the eastern part of Attica and has a coastal area of more than 8 kilometers with some of the best spots for kitesurfing and windsurfing. The residence is only 1.5km or 16 min by foot to the closest beach. Plethora of traditional tavernas & restaurantscafe-bars can be found in the area.
EVAERI Villa offers a spacious and elegant interior with wooden floors, full of colors and light and is only 15 min drive from the Athens international airport. Close by, there are many beaches as well as two ports for your excursions to many of the Greek islands. The villa is surrounded by green wineries, charmed with a bright yellow from the sun and a deep blue from the water.The villa has four spacious bedrooms, on the ground floor there is one en-suite next to the pool. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, with a shared bathroom and a bathtub jacuzzi. On the last floor, there is a very spacious attic en-suite bedroom, an open space two-person bathtub jacuzzi and a walk-in closet. Three of the 4 floors are accessible by elevator for our guests. The house can host up to 10 people.
House rules• As we are in a rural area, please do not leave ANY food outside because there are colonies of ants and cats and they find their way in…• Recycle in the bags at the kitchen• Leave the garbage in the white bin at the garage & please throw them in the morning• No smoking in the house (IQOS is allowed)• No parties or events with people other than the residents• Respect our neighbors (14:00 to 17:00 and after 12:00 at night)• Respect wooden floors (no high heels & please wipe your feet before entering the house from the pool)• Do not throw paper or anything else in the toilets (please use bins provided)• Please turn off the lights & the AC when you’re not in the house• NO DIVING allowed in the pool – PLEASE NOTE THAT THE USE OF THE POOL IS AT YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY. THE OWNERS HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY
