About this house rental
Cozy home on a suburban street surrounded by land. This home is perfect for families, as it sleeps 7 people on 4 beds, plus additional 2 people on the pull-out couch. The home is set back from the road in a quiet neighborhood, with a herd of deer frequenting the backyard.
The kitchen includes a sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, oven and cooktop, with cabinets and countertops, and is stocked with most things you will need to cook meals with. We offer a coffee bar, with a coffee machine that takes both Kpods and coffee filters, equipped with sugar and creamer. All linens and towels are provided for. There are no washer and dryer units in the cottage, but the guest book lists some local laundromats that are close by.

Its a lovely location. The host was very easy to work with. Very quick responses. We enjoyed the wildlife out back. The sofa and love seat were very uncomfortable and worn-out.

Nice refurbished home in the country. Everything was adequate for our needs. Saw the deer in the backyard! Could use some more light in the small shower. Overall, a pleasant place to stay.

We were attending the Sackett’s Harbor marathon. Location was perfect to get to and from and access other areas. The beds were comfortable and coffee readily available. We ate out frequently but the kitchen was stocked for cooking and storing food items.
