Travel cot: Available for 20 EUR/day (subject to availability). Must be requested 24-48 hours in advance.
Check-in outside of hours: Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A late check-in fee of 50 EUR in cash will apply.
Tourist tax: The current tourist tax of Barcelona will be applied.
No smoking policy: The apartment is non-smoking. A penalty of 400 EUR will be charged if violated, and the guest will be evicted.
No parties or events: Parties or events are not allowed. A fine of 400 EUR will be charged if a complaint is received or if the police intervene.

We rented this apartment for a one month stay, and we were really confortable during our time there. The team was nice and welcoming and the apartment was tidy and just like the pictures. It is ideal for a small family-

Communication from the management wasn't good. They sent a few e-mails after the booking but when trying to contact them, I had to follow up multiple times through various means to get an answer. Same when we were staying as well, we tried to contact them through WhatsApp and it took follow ups to get an answer.When we checked in, the staff were not welcoming, they seemed like we were bothering them and did not provide good instructions on how to get into the apartment.The shower head is not very convenient and is right above the toilet. There is a door in the bathroom that leads to the main vestibule of the building which is weird. The water from the shower would go to the wooden floor and it rose up from the water. We had some bugs in the bathroom as well, could be due to the moisture of the water on the wooden floor.One of the bedrooms had an exposed wire in the wall that was not in the original pictures.The major issue was that we had cockroaches in the laundry area as well as the drawers in the kitchen. We contacted the management about it and they were brushing it off saying that maybe when the cleaning person came, a bug may have gotten in. We never received a resolution to this, they stopped responding.The only good thing I can say is that we liked the location of the place, it was very close to a good metro station that got us into the heart of Barcelona very quickly. There are good grocery stores and restaurants around. It's walking distance to Park Guell.
