Eight additional beach access points are all available within 2.5 miles by bike, car, or low-speed vehicle. Tour the area by visiting the Seaside, Watercolor, The Big Chill, and Rosemary Beach, all within a 10-mile radius, as well as local eateries and shopping. The community is also adjacent to Point Washington State Forest, so nature enthusiasts will have 27 miles of hiking and biking trails to explore. Closer to home, check out the neighborhood pickleball courts or the local gathering place, which boasts two pools, a hot tub, a children's pool, a playground, a firepit, grills, hammocks, and an entertainment bar.

That's not to say there isn't plenty of privacy, as the two living spaces on the main floor can also be closed off to separate the kids from the adults. Find the epitome of comfort in the main bedroom, boasting a private entrance to a balcony, a TV for private viewing, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and an oversized walk-in shower. A sofa bed is provided in the living area to ensure that there's room for everyone.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
