The Space
This spacious ranch-style home offers a comfortable and inviting space for up to 6 guests and is perfect for families or groups looking for a relaxing stay just outside the city.

As you enter, you`ll be greeted by a cozy living room, complete with plush seating, a Smart TV for relaxing downtime moments, and good WiFi in the home to stay connected.

The fully equipped kitchen features new granite countertops, cabinets, fixtures, and quality stainless steel appliances for preparing meals at home. Plus, a breakfast bar and 3 stools.

Each of the 3 bedrooms is designed with your comfort in mind. The first bedroom (the master) features a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms also offer queen beds, ensuring a restful night`s sleep for everyone.

Both full bathrooms are well suited for all guests, each with a sink, toilet, and a tub/shower combo, and we provide some toiletries to get you started and a hairdryer.

Outside, you can relax and unwind on the patio, surrounded by a lovely backyard. It`s the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

Located in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood, our home offers a peaceful retreat while still being close to all the attractions and amenities of the area. Whether you`re exploring the nearby parks or visiting downtown, you`ll find plenty to see and do.

Guest Access
Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire home.

It’s also important that you list all guests included in the reservation at the time of booking. Additional visitors must be approved in advance.

Interaction with Guests
This is a self-check-in property using a door code for entry. Codes will be sent to you before your arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.

The Neighborhood
Decatur is in northeast Atlanta. The DeKalb History Center’s museum traces local history through furniture and Civil War artifacts. Outside is a sculpture of Thomas Jefferson. Woodlands Garden offers tree-lined trails for outdoorsy types, and to the northwest, Emory University’s Michael C. Carlos Museum houses ancient art and artifacts from Egypt, Greece, Rome and Asia. You’ll be just 8 miles east of downtown Atlanta and Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, the Aquarium, and tons of nightlife, partying, and loads of dining options to enjoy!

Getting Around
The Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) is located about 17 miles from the property.

There’s parking in the driveway for 1 car, and if you’re not coming by car, there are plenty of transportation options. You can take a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft or go by taxi. If you prefer public transportation, there are train/subway and Marta (bus) transportation options too.

Other things to note
Please note the following important information before booking:

It`s in an older, more developed and quiet residential neighborhood, about 8 miles from downtown.

This is Georgia! There are a lot of wooded areas. Please be aware that bugs may be seen. And while we do have pest control scheduled quarterly, bugs can still get into the home. This is out of our control, and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. It’s best not to leave any open food out to minimize any insect visitors. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However, the property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and basic essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soap will be provided to get you started.

Please do not flush feminine products (i.e., tampons) or wipes in the toilet. Please use the waste basket provided. Also, do not put food or grease down the kitchen sink. A $300 charge will apply if the sink or toilet becomes clogged.

Please don’t use the towels for makeup removal. Makeup stains are very difficult to clean, and we need to charge for makeup-stained sheets and towels.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests` safety.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Guests with no prior reviews will need to send a copy of their driver`s license or government-issued photo ID to complete and confirm their reservation.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, etc.) is allowed inside the home. There is a smoke detector inside, and if evidence of smoking/vaping is discovered, there is a $250 penalty. Also, the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
- Parties/events are not permitted without advanced approval. Restrictions apply.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person fee and/or immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Check out is at 11 AM. Unapproved late checkouts are subject to a $50 fee.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Do not use the address for any type of shipment. This is strictly prohibited.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets-friendly property for up to 2 pets, none over 50 lbs. Pet fee applies.
