The unit itself is in good condition, and the space appears clean. However, there is a persistent humid, dingy odor upon entering that detracts from the experience.
In addition, when leaving around 5:00 a.m., I encountered a group of three individuals using drugs to the car garage door. They dispersed quickly when the door opened, but it was unsettling and not a reassuring way to start the day.
