This 39 m² vacation rental in downtown Cuxhaven is a true home away from home for singles and couples. The vacation home stands out with its stylish furnishings, prime waterfront location, and cozy atmosphere. On the terrace, guests can relax and enjoy the view of the marina. Attractions such as the Alte Liebe and the Old Fishing Harbor are just a stone’s throw away.

Key pickup takes place exclusively at our rental office at Nordfeldstr. 22a, 27476 Cuxhaven Döse.
The apartment is not equipped with bed linens or towels; these can be booked as an add-on for a fee.

Special features
The vacation apartment has an excellent location in the City-Marina, right on the marina. A private outdoor parking space is available. There is a private, free Wi-Fi connection. When the fold-down bed is in use, access to the terrace is only possible from the outside and not from the inside through the terrace door.

Balcony/Terrace
On the terrace, our guests can sit back in two high-backed chairs and enjoy the view of the marina. In addition, the kitchen area leads to a balcony, which is also furnished with comfortable balcony furniture.

Our vacation homes in City-Marina Cuxhaven can accommodate up to 6 people and feature three separate bedrooms in spaces measuring 102 square meters or 132 square meters. Each vacation home offers a private parking space directly in front of the house and a second parking space nearby. Some of the homes are equipped with their own sauna (House 22 and House 22-B) or a steam sauna (House 20-D).
