With a view of the sea from the 3rd floor, our guests in this vacation rental start every day of their vacation off right. The vacation rental in Cuxhaven stands out for its elegant, understated decor, central location, and cozy atmosphere. With approximately 76 m² of space, it can accommodate up to 3 guests, making it ideal for couples or small families. The “Seeterrassen” building is located directly on the North Sea. From here, you can see numerous ships and a green meadow filled with beach chairs. That’s what a vacation in Cuxhaven is all about.

Key pickup takes place exclusively at our rental office at Nordfeldstr. 22a, 27476 Cuxhaven Döse.
The apartment does not come equipped with bed linens and towels, but these can be added to your booking for a fee.

Special features
In this first-row vacation apartment, our guests can enjoy a fantastic lake view of the international shipping route. The apartment also features its own outdoor parking space and an elevator in the building. In the evening, the on-site restaurant, Seeterrassen, invites you to enjoy a delicious dinner.
A bike storage room and a sauna (for a fee) are also available. The building no longer has a washing machine.

Balcony/Terrace
The kitchen leads out to the spacious balcony, which is furnished with comfortable balcony furniture. With breakfast in the open air and a fabulous view of the International Shipping Route, our guests get their day off to a perfect start.
