What a view from this well maintained and equipped home overlooking private waterfront and dock which is located right across the camp road. Nice, bright open living/kitchen/dining area with huge windows providing a wide open lake view. Three bedrooms (First floor bedroom with queen bed and private bath). Additional full bath/laundry and bedroom with twins on first floor. Second floor features a big bedroom with two double beds. Deck. Large rear yard with picnic table and firepit. Aside from the private frontage this property also has rights to the lovely sandy association beach just a short walk away.
Waterfront/Lot Description: Shorefront property with camp road between the frontage and the house. Rocky underfoot. Swimming off the dock. Short walk to beautiful Association Beach. Nice lawn behind the house . Parking space for a maximum of 3 cars and 1 boat trailer. Dock/Suitable for tie-up: yes, suitable for short term tie up only (loading and unloading). The lake can get rough, with this in mind, tenants MUST NEVER leave their boat unattended. When not using it, boat MUST be on the mooring.

Check-in:very easy process, I just didn’t have check in instructions until we had already arrived at the house. The keys are at a different location. Community: mostly owners who seem skeptical of renters, but everyone kept to themselvesHouse: I didn’t realize there were no linens. Jordan rentals offers rentals if you forget them. Otherwise, the house had everything I needed. Backyard: the backyard is half the size of the photo due to construction, no table out back. Fire pit is great and grill works well. Seni private sandy beach access is a plus! Very clean beach only a short walk away. Some things out dated and could use some TLC: showers, couchDock was spotless and appears new. Easy to fish from and unload a boat. Construction at next house over was only real negative. Owner of the house owns the house next door under construction, felt like we were being watched. Saw the owner more frequently then we would have liked. A quick heads up would have went a long way. But overall a great stay! Would come back for sure
