Tucked away in the coastal village of Lake Cathie on the Mid North Coast, on a very private, battle axe block. This beautiful four-bedroom home is the ultimate zen getaway with a tropical calm feel. Imagine long lazy days spent at the Lake or beach with the kids, or hours of fun in and around the heated natural mineral pool.
This is laid back, holiday living at its very best. The quiet coastal location and features will have you coming back year after year. This home boasts an undercover entertaining deck overlooking the sparkling heated and natural mineral pool. Safe, level, grassy yard with play equipment for the kids. Separate lounge, family & dining space gives plenty of options to spread out for different activities.
Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen complete with great bench space, ample storage and a suite of quality appliances including dishwasher. The free-flowing floorplan is ideal for entertaining with direct access out to the expansive covered deck where you can unwind sipping afternoon beverages and barbequing, you’re evening meal, overlooking the sparkling in-ground heated natural mineral pool.
During your stay the pool may require cleaning/ maintenance. We advise guests that the pool contractor may attend to maintain the pool at the standard our guests expect and deserve. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to not disturb your stay.
