Guest Notes:
• Water: Our water comes from a shared underground well and may have a light sulfur scent, though it is perfectly safe to drink. We’ve installed triple ozone, multi-stage filtration, and Primo water filtered systems in both kitchens for purified drinking water. If you prefer city water, we recommend staying in town.
• Access: All-wheel drive is recommended year-round, especially in winter. The home is reached via 800 ft of unpaved road leading to our private gravel drive.
• EV Charging: Complimentary Level 2 EV charger (NEMA 10-30) with Tesla adapter available in the carport.
• Pets: Subject to pre-approval, $100 per pet. Please provide pet type when booking.

The property was in an excellent location for us and the two units accommodated a large family of 6 and 2 grandparents. We hosted 13 people for dinner and breakfast with ease. Enjoyed the outdoor spaces. Property manager was responsive when help was needed. She also allowed us to check in early without our prompting. So appreciated her gesture. Definitely helped with scheduling when meeting with family.

This property was great. There were two separate units which allowed us privacy when needed, but allowed us to gather in the common area. We had everything we needed for a relaxing time, which included a barbeque. Our check in took a few minutes as the entry codes were not provided until asked for, and we were unclear on our checkout about the linens as the host did not respond to our questions. Overall a great experience.
