This freshly remodeled home is all about the Colorado lifestyle! Enjoy historic mountain towns, hiking, biking, skiing, rafting, fishing, local eateries, galleries, casinos, zip-lining, ATV & 4WD trails and much more all within walking distance or a short drive. The front porch is a cozy hangout for morning coffee. There is a private backyard with a patio for entertaining & evening cocktails. The master bedroom is separate from the other bedrooms. There is a nice living room, a large kitchen and mudroom for all your ski gear. Free off-street parking with overflow parking if requested. Just 20 minutes to casinos, 25 min to the metro area, 35 minutes to skiing, 1hr. to the airport and within 1.5 hours of 7 world-class ski areas.

This was a perfect location for a home base. We explored Idaho Springs and loved walking to all of the locak businesses and trails. We also had a rental car and explored St. Marys Glacier, Garden of the Gods, Evergreen and Red Rocks Amphitheater for a concert. We tried to book maasages but they were all booked out a week or so. If you plan to get a massage then book in advance. The house was the perfect size for 3 women, on a girls trip. The kitchen was fully stocked. We were able to have coffee and make breakfast before our adventures each day. Although, walking to The frothy Cup for coffee was a must do for us as well. If you are looking to sit on the porch with a perfect view for morning coffee or an evening cocktail, this is not the location for that but like I said we were out of the house exploring more than at the house relaxing. Communication with the owners was clear, easy and respect. They were helpful with the few minor things we needed to adress and responded quickly. We would stay here again with a small group of people as the hosts and location were perfect.

We enjoyed our stay in Idaho Springs. Great shops, restaurants. The visitor center was friendly and a great help. We chose this location because it was centrally located with all the things we wanted to see and do.
