Sunrise Cottage is a charming cottage on Waneta Lake's west side. Enter the home and walk into a large open living area. You will notice right away the large doors and windows offering a beautiful view from the living room and kitchen. Look to the left and note the first bedroom on the left offering 2 twin beds. Wander down the hall and you come to the second bedroom featuring a cozy queen-size bed and dresser. Just a bit further down the hall is the 3rd bedroom, offering a queen-size bed, dresser, and a 1/2 bathroom. At the end of the hallway is the full bathroom offering a shower, commode, and sink. The recent refresh in the kitchen offers a bright and well-equipped room to create delicious food and memories for the whole group. The abundance of vegetable stands in season offers a wide array of fresh food to prepare. The group chef will enjoy the beautiful views offered in this space. Easy access to a sitting area on the large deck makes for a perfect place to enjoy your meal along with that perfect bottle of Finger Lakes wine to accompany your meal. The real star of the show is the idyllic deck where you can witness the majestic sunrises with that perfect cup of morning coffee! (or a glass of Finger Lakes Wine, it is vacation after all!) Put your feet up and enjoy the gas fire pit and watch the boats and kayaks go by! Just off the deck is the perfect propane grill for that summertime BBQ at the lake. Plenty of outdoor seating is available for your enjoyment. When driving in you cannot help but notice the perfect level yard to play catch or outdoor games. For the thrill seeker in the group, there is a newly installed easy-launch system in place to help you get the kayaks in the water. The newly installed dock is the perfect place to keep your boat and the convenience of having the boat launch a couple of miles away is ideal. Located in the home you will notice a Primo water system for drinking water. We do provide 5 gallons of water per reservation. This lake house offers a portable air conditioning unit in the common areas and a large ceiling fan and tall ceilings to keep the home comfortable during the warmer months.

A manual boat lift with a 3500# capacity, 2 kayaks, and a canoe are provided.

Between the Lakes Vacation Rentals would be grateful to host your stay at Sunrise Cottage. Note: Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. Homes are not handicap accessible unless stated in the description. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes. * Outdoor amenities, including furniture/ watercraft/ fire pits are not available between October 15- May 15 *

When booking the property, we require a valid email address to send your rental agreement to, as well as a copy of the reservation holder's valid identification. To rent from Between the Lakes Vacation Rental, the reservation holder must be at least 25 years old.
