About this house rental
This beautiful and spacious home with 5+ bedrooms and three and a half baths is on Wellfleet's bay side--just 0.2 miles to Pleasant Point Landing! Situated on a private, expansive lot, this home is the ideal spot for a vacation gathering.

The first floor has a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar and table seating for 6-8. There is also a large, bright living/dining room with multiple windows and French doors opening to the mahogany deck. There is another large dining table in this room as well as plenty of comfortable seating and a flat screen TV with cable--a wonderful spot for relaxing, board games, conversations and cocktails. The living/dining area and kitchen have ductless split unit air conditioners.
The first floor also has a den/family room with TV/cable, a queen sleeper sofa, window A/C and a door to the backyard. This family room may used as the sixth bedroom. There is a half bath on this floor as well.
The second floor has a master bedroom with king bed, TV with cable and an ensuite bathroom with shower. There are also three more bedrooms on this level, two with a queen bed each and the other with two twins. There is also a bathroom with tub/shower off the hall. The second floor has central air conditioning.
The lower, walk-out level has a large family room with flat-screen TV and ample seating. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a separate laundry room. Adjacent to the family room is a large, sunny bedroom with a queen bed and a full futon. This room also has a slider door to a beautiful bluestone patio--a quiet space to enjoy a good book and some fresh air.
The large back deck is the perfect spot to relax, sunbathe or enjoy a meal. The deck looks out over the large, fenced-in backyard lawn. Grill out on the gas grill and enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower. Beautiful landscaping, mature plantings and flowers enhance this tranquil space. Garages are not for tenant use.
Amenities include cable, WiFi, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, gas grill and air conditioning in the second floor bedrooms, living/dining area and kitchen.
Short walk to Pleasant Point Landing--a great launching spot for your kayak or canoe and conservation trails. This lovely home is a short drive to wonderful ocean and bay beaches and the town's beloved freshwater ponds. Head to Wellfleet Center and Harbor for incredible shops, galleries, dining and live entertainment. Short drive to the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking/walking and Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
