About this bed and breakfast
A big guest house contains 3 bedrooms with total area of 110 m2 being offered to be rented. It has 1 big bedroom 4m x 7m) and 2 medium bedrooms (4m x 3.5m) all with cupboard and fully furnished. It has a big private backyard with beautiful garden , an internal laundry and storage under the stairs. The place is in good condition, with the double brick house the small gas heating keep the place warm in winter and cool in summer.

Property is fantastic. Property owner was very good to deal with. However, the advertised pricing for property was not accurate. The advertised price was for 10 people. We had 6 people going so i booked it thinking i m paying for 10. Later 3 more people joined in, so 9 in total. I was told by property i had to pay for the 3 people. So i explained to him that the way Stayz advertised it was not accurate then. He was helpful though and could see where i was coming from. He did not charge extra and did set the bed for other 3 people. Very appreciative of it. But Stayz need to be more clear with their advertising rates.
