Excellent flat near private waterfalls (60 meters from the houses) in full integration with nature, where you will spend great moments enjoying 60 natural pools with several private waterfalls with crystal clear waters and quartzite rocks (yellowish, white and brown) with dives from 60 cm to 8 meters deep and visibility of 8 meters.
The apartment has 1 suite, living room with sofa, kitchen with utensils, and a large balcony with a hot tub.

The property is located on the border of Guapé MG / Capitólio MG, below the
PAREDÃO ECOLOGICAL PARK (SEARCH ON GOOGLE MAPS)
Ecological area of Paredão (I am below the park).

The waterfalls are 60 meters from the house.
Only those who rent the houses have access to the waterfalls.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner: R$ 130.00 per person, per day.

The farm is located 50 km from the Rio Turvo bridge in Capitólio, MG, where you can rent the cheapest schooners and motorboats (R$ 100.00 per person, 3-hour tour).
I have a boat leaving from Guapé/MG, 15 km from the farm: 6-hour tour, R$ 200.00 per person. Includes all tourist spots in Capitólio/MG (Canyons, Wet Bar, Toca do Tucano, Cascatinha, Lagoa Azul, etc.)
