Do you want to spend your vacation surrounded by nature by a lake, enjoy your freedom, and still be able to take a quick trip to the open sea? It sounds like Scandinavia, but it’s actually not far from the North Sea in Lower Saxony.

Enjoy your privacy on this property, which spans over 2,500 square meters and is shaped like a peninsula, surrounded on two sides by a private lake covering approximately 1.3 hectares (your private share of the lake is about 6,000 square meters)—a space you won’t have to share with anyone. Pure freedom!

You have your own access to the lake. Thanks to the sloping terrain toward the street, the dense vegetation, and only five other vacation homes on the lake—all of which are spaced far apart (with no connection between the properties)—you are largely shielded from prying eyes.

After a restful night, you’ll wake up to a view of the lake and start your day with breakfast on the lakeside terrace or on the house’s rooftop terrace, enjoying fresh rolls and dairy products from the bakery or milk stand (milk, yogurt, cheese, etc.), both within walking distance.

During the day, you can swim in the lake or relax on the lounge chairs, in the hammock, or on the terrace. For an additional fee of 149 euros per week/stay, you can unwind in the hot tub’s bubbling water with a view of the lake. Feel free to contact us.

Round out the evening with a guitar (bring your own if you’d like) by the fire pit by the lake and make plans for the coming days as the fire blazes.

The upper floor, which contains two bedrooms, is accessible via an outdoor staircase or a pull-down staircase.

Due to the lack of a landline connection, Wi-Fi is provided via an LTE home hotspot.

On the 8,200 m² property (of which approx. 6,000 m² is lakeside), everything (except for the garage) is at your disposal and you won’t have to share it with anyone

On rainy days, you can watch the fire blaze in the wood-burning stove, listen to the wood crackling, and let your gaze wander across the lake.
