About this villa rental
Beautiful Mediterranean villa situated in the heart of the countryside yet just 30 minutes from the vibrant, historic city of Montpellier and the beaches beyond. Montpellier Airport is 30 minutes drive and Beziers just 50.
The village shops are just a few minutes walk away so you can get your fresh baguette and croissants every morning. There is also an excellent wine merchant, a restaurant and bar, and even a florist.
The 12X6m swimming pool is heated to around 28°C, (not that you need it in the summer !)and the surrounding terraces have all you need for a truly relaxing holiday.
The kitchen is fully equipped and leads directly to the covered terrace which has space for all the guests to spend those long, leisurely mealtimes together which are so much part of the southern French way of life. There is a separate covered barbecue area with additional table space and bar where you can spend your evenings eating delicious local produce as you watch the bbq embers fade along with the sunset.
The main living/dining room is comfortably furnished should you wish to be inside and has a flat screen TV with DVD player and USB/HDMI ports. There is fast broadband Wi-Fi.
Set in an acre of private garden, you will be assured of the space you need to get away from it all during your stay.

We loved the look of the property on line and it did not disappoint in reality. Communication with the owners was easy and prompt from beginning to end. The property manager was friendly and efficient without interrupting our stay.
Delightful rural setting within walking distance of the small village center, easy to walk in the countryside too.
The pool and outside seating area with plenty of shade was perfect. The gorgeous weather ensured we all had great use of the big pool. We enjoyed seeing giant butterflies and lizards too.
The kitchen was well appointed with equipment and cupboard space. The lounge area was a good chill zone out of the sun although we didn’t use it much as we used the outside table. The bedrooms were spacious and kept cool. The air conditioning in the hallways kept the rooms sufficiently cool as we kept the doors open. Wi-Fi brilliant.
We went into the village for a drink at La Cave, there was a Feria on whilst we were there so on a couple of days it was a lively place. Some of the shops etc were shut for August which was a shame. We would have visited the bakery had it been open. Instead we went to the supermarket down the road. This is not in anyway a reflection on the property just something to be aware of if you go in August, we had a fabulous time!
