L'emplacement et la place parking, accessibilité

Le vasistas grand ouvert dans la salle de bain a mon arrivée, un jour de froid et impossible à fermer depuis le sol. Du coup appartement glacial, ménage sommaire, les angles pas fait et la poussière non plus. Lieu bruyant , on entend les voisins au dessus et devant la chambre aspirateur dès tôt le matin.
