La ubicación del alojamiento es excelente, muy cerca de la Mezquita, al lado del Paseo de la Ribera, junto a numerosos restaurantes.
La puerta del aseo no cerraba del todo (ya lo había leído en comentarios antes de ir, pero imaginé que estaría arreglada y no fue así), la luz de una de las zonas no funcionaba, no había bayeta ni paños de cocina, faltaba jabón en uno de los lavabos. El sitio era agradable, pero esos detalles de falta de mantenimiento le restan calidad al alojamiento. La iluminación era un poco deficiente y al bajar la escalera mi pareja no vio el último escalón y se cayó (no le pasó nada, afortunadamente)

La ubicación es perfecta,el apartamento muy tranquilo. La limpieza bien. El a.a. funciona perfectamente a pesar de ser antiguo, tiene todo tipo de menaje, toallas y demás.
Tiene un problema de humedad en la cocina, detrás de los muebles hay condensación de agua, se nota mucho al entrar el olor a humedad. Desde aquí hago un llamamiento al propietario para que cambie el sofá, ya terminó su ciclo vital, absolutamente insufrible e insoportable estar ahí sentada cuando vuelves de estar todo el día caminando...y tienes que desayunar ahí, falta una mesita y un par de sillas. En general, el apto necesita una actualización lo antes posible sobretodo la parte de abajo.
