Inmitten einer Modelleisenbahn-Idylle gelegen. Toller Blick in die Natur. Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Tiefgarage ist ein großes Plus gerade wenn es mal regnet. Supermärkte vor Ort gut erreichbar.
Leider gab es keinen Insektenschutz an den Fenstern, sodass wir jeden Tag Fliegen in der Wohnung hatten, sobald eins der Fenster geöffnet war. Bei der ansonsten gehobenen Ausstattung wäre die sehr wünschenswert. Die Kautionszahlung vor Ort ist unglücklich, da man bei Abreise ja diese wieder haben möchte und somit einen Abnahmetermin vereinbaren muss. Wir sind am Abreisetag gerne flexibel und gerade bei einer 6 Stunden-Heimfahrt gerne schon sehr früh unterwegs. Leider wurde nur 1 Schlüssel für die Wohnung ausgegeben. Wir bevorzugen immer zwei Schlüssel.

Sehr unkompliziert und gut erklärt. Der Empfang war persönlich und die Room Tour hat alles beinhaltet, an Erklärungen hat es nicht gemangelt. Die Dokumentation vor Ort war sehr übersichtlich.
die Kopfkissen waren nicht so unser Fall, zu schmal für uns und zu steif

Es ist eine wunderschöne kleine Wohnung an ruhiger Lage. Genau das, was das Inserat verspricht.
