A acomodação foi tudo Maravilhoso. Como sugestão , precisa melhorar a comunicação com os hóspedes antes da entrada com algumas dicas para chegar no local etc , pois o lugar é pouco afastado para quem não mora na região .

Definitely, the location is its strength.

They did not provide me with a second access card for the room, even though the card controls the lights, air conditioning, and electricity in general. The administrator gave me a nonsense explanation about the building charging them extra for an additional card. In reality, they are clearly trying to prevent guests from leaving the air conditioning on while outside, in order to save on electricity costs. However, my wife injured her feet, which meant I either had to leave her alone in the room without electricity and air conditioning, or force her to walk to the door every time I returned. Completely ridiculous. The shower barely got warm, and although we did not see mosquitoes, some kind of bug was biting us throughout the night. The final straw was during a major storm, when a significant amount of water leaked through the window into the room. After I informed them about it, the guy actually expected me to inspect the window myself and tell him how extensive the repairs needed to be. These people clearly have no understanding of what the hospitality business is supposed to be.
