They give your space, it is very clean and comfortable with everything you may need inside the apartment

I saw two cockroaches, maybe if the would fumigate

It was close to the venues for booking UK and Spanish visas. It was quiet and easy to find. Secure basement parking. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Apartment had more than expected. All one would need for a few days stay.

The apartment is lovely but a bit of maintenance is required on the bedroom walls and ceiling and on the shower ceiling.

The place had cockroaches

Although the property was a generous size the maintenance is about 5 years behind. There are same very sharp screws left where a shelf was removed. The shower door is completely mis-alaigned. There were no light bulbs in the wall mounted bedside lamps. The ceiling was stained in 2 places with huge stains. The front door could not be locked with the doorlock. The apartment is equipped with high spec Miele appliances but sadly lack of training on how to use these appliances are totally absent. The dishwasher stank as it's kept shut and the tumble dryer was so full of fluff and the watretank overflowing. Training needs to be improved. There was no coffeemaker just horrid cheap powder coffee. Disappointing for the expectations that was created.
