It was close to the venues for booking UK and Spanish visas. It was quiet and easy to find. Secure basement parking. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Apartment had more than expected. All one would need for a few days stay.
The apartment is lovely but a bit of maintenance is required on the bedroom walls and ceiling and on the shower ceiling.

The location, the staff and the easy check in
The apartment is not really well maintained, it has a lot of potential. The bedroom walls need paint to close the holes and marks. The living room carpets need deep cleaning.
