L'Orée - Appartement cosy face aux pins

Bon accueil, professionnalisme, disponibilité, globalement le lieu

Équipements insuffisant (vaisselle, services, linge cuisine), espace très minimum de la chambre à coucher, matériel défectueux (bouche évier, support papier WC décellé, faces armoires graisseuses...)

-Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut. In wenigen Minuten war man zu Fuss am Meer, einem kleinen Einkaufsladen oder bei einem Restaurant. -Angenehm war auch, dass es um die Unterkunft sehr still und ruhig war. -Für zwei Personen hat der Platz allemal gereicht.

Leider war die Unterkunft nicht so sauber wie erhofft. Auf einigen Küchenutensilien haben wir Schimmel festgestellt und viele Oberflächen waren verstaubt und nicht sorgfältig gereinigt. Auch sehr viele Viecher wie Spinnen haben wir in allen Ecken gefunden.

Meeting to pick up keys was efficient. Apartment was very clean. Everything was well maintained and supplies like laundry soap, cleaning supplies and bathroom toiletries were excellent. Parking was easy and safe. Property manager was responsive and accessible. Property was quiet and tranquil and had good access to main road and beachfront. Bus service along the main road to Arcachon was convenient so you don't have to drive into the crowded town.

Bed was really uncomfortable. The property is NOT located on the beach as advertised. It's 3 blocks away across a busy road. The closest beach is nothing special, very narrow and non-existent during high tide. Sand is not appealing. La-Teste-de-Buch itself is sprawling. The town center is 20 minutes drive from the property along busy roads. It's not really convenient. There is a small Casino market 2 blocks from the property, which is well stocked; however, there is no bakery in the immediate area for buying bread. You need to drive to the next town (10 minutes away) to pick up any baked goods.
