La posizione in via Medail é sicuramente il punto di forza. Rapporto qualita prezzo apprezzabile. Confort di base. Sei nella.passeggiata del paese scendi e sei tra la gente. É una dimora storica. Buona distribuzione.
Purtroppo manca un piccolo sfogo esterno come.un terrazzino. Servirebbe un copridivano da cambiare ad ogni soggiorno. Si potrebbe cambiare la biancheria settimanalmente vista la difficoltà di stendere i panni. Manca un sistema di oscuramento delle finestre in camera da letto. Se fa caldo e si dorme con finestre aperte i rumori del parco antistante e la musica del locale si fanno sentire. Scale ripide dal piano primo al secondo. Mancanza di citofono.

Ottima posizione, perfetta per girare a piedi in centro e raggiungere le piste
Casa un pò antiquata, la porta si apriva sola con un pò di corrente ed eri costretto a chiuderti dentro, pentole inadatte al fornello a induzione, bagno senza ventola ne luce funzionante correttamente, il fono per capelli era come non averlo, il mobilio così disposto rende impossibile evitare testate sulle travi di legno, basta un pò di manutenzione e accortezze per migliorare. Wifi deludente
