Always clean, great staff, superb facilities
Supermarkets, metro station, restaurants everything in walking distance
Avenida paulista is just a few minutes away with an uber.

The facilities available were great and the location was excellent. The ability to store your luggage after checkout was a very helpful facility.
The noisy fridge and the rooms were a tiny bit too small. There was no kettle for tea. The room insulation meant you could hear the people in the corridor, and a net curtain over the window would be good idea.

I thought the staff were great. In particular, Juliana and dona Adriana made my breakfast a delightful experience.
Facial recognition!!! Are you kidding me man? I was not even told at check-in that there was an alternative way to access the premises and felt forced to use the facial recognition. I found this practice invasive to my privacy and I certainly will not return back. The staff were great, the location is very good and the room was very clean. Notwithstanding, the facial recognition sucks.
