My stay was absolutely excellent, The hotel was incredibly clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The service and hospitality were perfect from start to finish.

Location is great - walking distance to Mosque, shops and restaurants around The appartment is very spacious compared to to other hotels in the area

We stayed for 3 nights and no one came to clean our room all these days. Pay attention that they don’t offer breakfast, water bottles in the room only upon check in, they’ll give it only if you ask, room is not being cleaned until you check out. Some staff is very low on hospitality, not mentioning names or nationalities, person at the reception was very shot on answers, for every question it was: no/we don’t have. One day before departure we asked if paid late check out is possible, he just said: no. The next day we asked again another person, he apologized, explained why it’s not possible and still offered 1 hr late check out and luggage room after check out. Rooms look super old and outdated. Very visible when management doesn’t want to invest anything but only take. We stayed just because of location, and because nearby nice hotel where we stayed before was fully booked. If we have chance, we won’t stay there again
