The room was clean, the staff were friendly, they also had the option to pay by card. The man in the restaurant in the front was very friendly too.
The pictures and description didn't match up fully, there was no terrace as shown. The shower was weird to operate (you had to fiddle with the inflow valve to operate, rather than pressing the buttons). One of the valves popped off on it after our shower too, which left me scurrying around trying to fix and tighten it. Overall, it was pleasant enough, but we stayed in far better for the same price elsewhere in Cambodia.

Great location and good value! Owner is very friendly and communicative.
Could be a little bit cleaner (there were a lot of thick cobwebs in the room) but for the price it’s perfectly fine.

The staff readily offered assistance when requested, and otherwise provided privacy.
All good

Room was clean.
It was very difficult to find the property as it was nested between two restaurants. You had to walk through the alleyway to get there. The lobby didn’t feel too welcoming.
