The location to the beach.
There was what appeared to be black mold around several vents. The back yard had weeds taller than me covering that area as well as old tarps and boxes that appeared to have been left for some time. The grill that was part of the amenities was in such bad shape it was useless. There was no mention of the 30+ stairs that you have to climb when you enter the property. Which was no problem for me but could be for someone who is not able to take that many stairs all day long. There were no “comfortable” seating. Such as a couch or loveseat. The kitchen supplies were rusted and only offered a 5 cup coffee maker.
