London Nino Apartments

The apartment is extremely nice with everything you need for a stay from washing machine, dishwasher to iron and everything. Also the washing powder and dish washing tabs were provided. The place has a private parking in gated area just 2 mins walk away from the flat in another compound (check availability with the host as it is only 1 spot for 2 flats they have). The parking was super useful as in London we kept our car parked and used public transport as this flat has so many transport options and driving in London city is no fun and until 6pm is also a congestion charge per day. . The bus is almost at the door step and very well connected Clapham Junction Station is just 7 mins walk away. The location is super nice with very nice cafes and small restaurants in walking distance. The neighbourhood is very clean as well. The hosts are super nice and helpful. The apartment is very spacious (two bedrooms, hallway and 2 bathrooms with shower on the entrance floor and then living room, and a big kitchen, dining area and a 3rd small toilet downstairs). It also has 2 small terraces on the lower floor. The host were very nice to provide us a 5th bed in the living area downstairs. Standing fans were also provided in each room.

They can add some more plates, cups etc in the kitchen. One bedroom's windows (the one without ensuite bathroom) are on a busy road side and if you open the windows, you hear the traffic but with closed windows, it is not that loud. But it is because the location is so nice and is busy.

To present a London located apartment is very hard work. To present such an apartment at this high and Benchmark level takes years of personal experience and a keen eye for critical detail. Where everything must be maintained and prepared to the very highest level for each and every let. Even if the last let was only 2 or three nights. The work load remains the same. Massive. The presentation here is contemporary, modern, but not hard lines. There is a very soft family and comfortable feel to this unique apartment. And I write with the experience of a global business traveller. One who has seen how letting can be poorly presented. So how can this property be so good? Simply because your host has added everything that they need when they stay away. Rest assured. That this is a very well presented and cared for property. And you will be comfortable here.

What did we not like? Having to leave. :-)

Spacious flat with a nice personal touch

It was conveniently located to transport and restaurants. It was tastefully furnished had everything we needed for a week long stay. The hosts were very accommodating and let us leave our bags for the day after we checked out. We would definitely stay there again.

The double bed is somewhat low and the springs are not in the best condition.
