The apartment was very quiet, spacious, comfortable. I loved it and it felt very nice to go back there after a full day of errands. It was well heated, shower works perfect, lighting was great and conveniently set up all Around the space. Enough duvet as well for the night as I needed to be warm. All in all perfect stay!!

Un appart simple et confortable

Bien situé, calme bien qu en plein centre ville. Simplicité et propreté. Contact agréable avec le propriétaire. Facilité de stationnement grâce à l immense parking a 50m. Cerise sur le gâteau un magasin d alimentation Proxi très bien achalandé au pied de l immeuble.

Il faut être en forme car l appart est au 3 étage. Mais du coup personne au dessus.

Ein verunglückter Geheimtipp

Das appartement war super eingerichtet, sauber,ordentlich und es hat innen drin an nichts gefehlt. Der Preis war wirklich super in Ordnung. Lediglich der Weg vom Eingang bis in den dritten Stock hat überhaupt nicht zum Rest gepasst. Direkt hinter der Eingangstür im Haus war es mehr wie in einem Abbruchhaus. Es roch moderich, das kplt Treppenhaus hätte einen Anstrich nötig. Auf dem Weg nach oben hat man sich überlegt, ob man nicht einen RIESENFEHLER mit dieser Buchung gemacht hat. Jedoch beim betreten der Wohnung hat man es dann doch absolut nicht bereut. Wenn hier das Treppenhaus einmal aufgehübscht wird und man ein Wochenende in Reparatur, Putzen und anstreichen investiert, ist dieses appartement ein Geheimtipp. Bis auf das Treppenhaus würde ich dieses appartement jederzeit wieder buchen.

Le logement était bien propre et agréable, mais les communs et l’accès à l'appartement sont très sales. C'est un peu effrayant en arrivant, poussières dans de vieilles toiles d'araignées, traces de liquide coagulé au sol. On a été soulagé quand on a ouvert la porte de l'appart qui lui est propre bien agencé et bien décoré. C'est dommage que les cohabitants de l'immeuble n'entretiennent pas mieux les espaces communs.

Un appartement très agréable et très bien situé

Joli petit appartement très bien agencé (pas de perte de place). Plus joli en vrai que sur les photos. Nous nous sommes sentis à notre aise car il ne nous a rien manqué. Le propriétaire est très réactif par SMS. Literie correcte, propreté impeccable. Marché dominical au pied de l’immeuble, original. On peut poser sa voiture (parking gratuit très proche) et tout faire à pieds. Nous pourrions revenir à nouveau dans ce mignon logement.

L’appartement est au 3ème étage, avec un vieil escalier aux marches irrégulières; cela n’a pas été un problème pour nous toutefois. Il n’y a pas de wifi mais pas gênant pour nous non plus.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement.

Bel appartement bien agencé, meublé avec goût, calme et proche de toutes commodités. Bien équipé, propre. Le plus, draps et linge de maison fourni. On se sent vraiment comme chez soi. A 5 minutes à pieds de mon lieu de stage (boulevard plein soleil).

Explications nécessaires par téléphone pour accéder au logement. Signaler la montée d'escaliers (si grosses valises à porter et personnes à mobilité réduite)
