Everything about this place was perfect! The location is great and the view is exceptional. The outdoor area has everything you need to enjoy it, whether you are on the patio furniture or in the pool. Bed and pillows are very comfortable (I had the best sleep of all of my stays in Italy here). The villa is fully stocked. The kitchen has all the extras you may need. There is a parking space for your car. The air conditioning works perfectly and the villa was one of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed at. Overall peaceful and quiet as well.
Communication with Andrea was easy and quick. When we arrived, we needed help with something in the villa and Andrea said he’d come by in a few minutes, but one of his workers cleaning the pool went out of his way to help us fix our issue immediately (even communicating with Andrea at the same time)!
We’d definitely stay here again

Our experience with this villa booking it is undoubtedly one of the best experiences we have had with villas:
On arrival we were greeted by a wonderful smell of jasmine that created a very relaxed and special atmosphere.
Upon entering the villa we were stunned by the view of the pool, private view and mediterranean architecture.
We found a perfectly equipped house, with glasses, cups, kitchen items, towels, Nespresso machine (!!) etc.
The love of the owners for every detail in architecture and decoration made the villa unique. The house has a very positive energy.
Lastly, the manager, Martini Andrea, made everything easy, responded timely and gave us good directions.

It was far beyond our expectations! Marvellous view on the Tyrrhenian sea, a pool abolutely big enough for all of us, very tasteful interior and not to forget the very warm welcome by the local manager, who provided us with recommandations and bookings for really amazing restaurants. Hard to believe that there could be a more beautiful small villa near by. Real VFM!
