Spitalfields Market Penthouse Flat with balcony

Das Apartment ist schön eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt (Küchenausstattung, Badezimmerausstattung). Das Bett ist sehr weich, was uns gefallen hat. Der kleine Balkon ist auch sehr nett. Die Lage ist grandios, man ist in wenigen Minuten bei der Liverpool Street Station und von dort aus mit unzähligen Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln überall in der Stadt.

Leider ist der Wasserdruck in der Dusche wirklich wirklich schlecht. Haare waschen war nicht möglich und auch normales duschen dauerte lange, weil man seinen Körper kaum nass bekam. Dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts: wir waren während der Hitzewelle in London, da das Apartment im obersten Stock ist und keine AC hat, war es natürlich sehr warm. Der Ventilator hat nur bedingt geholfen.

We stayed here for three nights over the hottest temperatures on record! It’s was super comfortable, fantastically clean and the best location! The fan really helped as did having the windows safely open during the night - top floor means you can do this! The bed was so comfortable with crispy white bedding we loved it all. Will deffo be staying again! They clearly have listened to all the feedback hence 10 out of 10 from us!!

The locationis amazing and its a lovely flat, the kitchen has plenty of pans etc to make a meal. A good addition would be a small microwave to reheat or do some simple meals.

The shower was not the best, water pressure very low and couldn't get the temperature right, it was either too hot or too cold. The fridge setting also froze my food so I had to throw some of it away.

The host was easy to reach, but took awhile to follow up with requests. The wifi didn't work on arrival, and the hot water/water pressure just stopped working altogether by the 2nd day. It took over 24 hours to send someone to fix it. I thought about moving to a hotel but just stuck it out.
