Ce vaste appartement en duplex est idéalement situé dans le centre de la très belle ville de Leeuwarden. Son accessibilité est très facile, et les propriétaires, dont le salon de coiffure est au rez-de-chaussée, sont disponibles et à l'écoute. Une cuisine fonctionnelle permet de se cuisiner des repas sur place.
Leeuwarden est une ville festive, et les établissements publics ferment très tard dans la nuit (voire au petit matin). Il faut donc accepter un certain bruit la nuit, émanant des terrasses alentour et des passants.

Uitstekende locatie, je wandelt zo het centrum in met nabije terrasjes aan het water. De ruimtes van het appartement zijn ruim genoeg voor 6 volwassenen. Dat de badkamer aan de eetkamer zit is wat vreemd.
Het appartement is (nog) niet volledig ingericht voor verhuur. Hier zijn echt nog aanpassingen voor nodig om het comfortabeler te maken. Het is karig ingericht en niet overal even schoon. De trappen zijn stijl en het appartement is voor de Barber (eigenaar) altijd toegankelijk. Ook is er een gedeeld balkonnetje. Als de eigenaar het wat aandacht geeft kan het een zeer mooi appartement worden.
