Posizione centralissima a due passi dal mercato centrale e a 15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia centrale del Postiguet. Nelle vicinanze tutti i servizi: fermata taxi proprio sotto casa, supermercati, bar, ristoranti e tutto quello che può servire. Casa spaziosa con cucina attrezzata bene e terrazza panoramica molto bella
Vasca/doccia datata con tracce di muffa sulle guarnizioni degli sportelli. Finestra del bagno che purtroppo non conviene aprire perché sale dal basso cattivo odore

La terraza con las vistas es espectacular. Excelente ubicación. La persona que me atendió muy amable. Por estos motivos considero que tiene una buena relación calidad-precio.
El ático es bastante antiguo y necesita una reforma o al menos un lavado de cara. La luz salta al encender dos cosas a la vez y es bastante engorroso.

Pulizia molto scadente : bagno sporco, il bidet si sposta perché non è fissato a terra facendo uscire acqua ovunque da sotto, cabina doccia sporca probabilmente mai pulita da quando è stata posizionata, piatto doccia sfogliato ed arrugginito. e struttura vecchia
