駅近で立地が良い。広くて綺麗。部屋が沢山あり、食器類も充実していました。ドライヤーやヘアアイロンがReFaだったのも嬉しかったです。 欲を言うなら加湿器があればありがたかったです。
洗面所の排水が詰まり気味でした。

食器類や冷蔵庫、ベッドなどが人通り完備されていた。
歯ブラシの本数が少ない。 テレビ前の照明のようなオブジェが低すぎて、何度も頭をぶつけた。 風呂場に鏡がない。湯船に蓋ができないため、すぐ冷めてします。 ところどころ汚い。
