Waterfront Luxury 2-Bedroom Condo Sunny Isles Beach

The location of this property is fantastic. There is a grocery store within walking distance, and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The pool is lovely. The view from the patio is amazing. The fridge dispenses water and ice, and it is spacious enough for four people. Free parking was also a perk.

The air conditioning didn’t cool the entire condo, particularly the master bedroom. There was a large fan available which made it bearable. It was poorly stocked, so plan to provide your own laundry detergent, bounce sheets, dish soap, etc. there was a single sponge for dishes and wiping the counters. The glassware is limited. If we didn’t have water bottles to drink from there would not have been enough drinking glasses for our family of four. It is not a luxury condo, but it is clean and spacious.

There was everything for cooking, all the necessary dishes, everything for washing! There were sun loungers, an umbrella, toys for the children! Separate room for children with 2 beds and their own bathroom! The tirassa and the view are just amazing!

We had a great stay and would absolutely book again. The property was able to accommodate our earlier-than-expected arrival, which we really appreciated and made the start of our trip much smoother. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the beach, as well as nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations. The area felt very family-friendly and was easy to navigate on foot, which made everything convenient. The beds were very comfortable, and the oversized patio was easily our favorite feature. We were able to host a small get-together with friends who live nearby, and the space, views, and quiet atmosphere made it perfect. The pool was also clean and offered excellent views, which added to the overall experience. The included parking space was a big plus—clean, secure, and easy to access. Overall, a wonderful experience and a place we’d happily return to!

One small suggestion would be to include a simple map or directions showing how to access the pool and garage, as it was a bit confusing to find initially. That said, it was definitely not a detriment to our experience—just something that could make things even smoother for future guests.
