- location is ~17 mins to both old town and to culture palace area. - easy check in and check out. - fast response from the staff. - good WiFi - fully equipped kitchen - clean - very quiet In general, nice place to stay for 2 people.

- very small bathroom sink but manageable. - pillows must be changed for sure. In bad condition - an electric outlet extension to be installed next to the mirror so one can use the hairdryer in front of a mirror :)

The apartment is clean, the kitchen has everything you need, the beds are comfortable, and the location is very good — within equal walking distance from both Christmas markets. Also it is warm, especially in the bathroom, that was important to us, because outside was really cold :)

We have a few small remarks — the drains in the bathroom and the sink need to be unclogged, and there should be higher pillows in the bedroom.

Good location, quiet street.

The apartment wasn’t cleaned properly, there was hair in the sink (!) and on the night stand. The floor wasn’t vacuumed, there was lots of dust. The most shocking part was the pillow- it was just 1 and tiny (more like decorative pillow) Later on, there was another pillow found in the closet, however it didn’t have any pillow case, it was equally small and unsuitable for use. The sink in the shower was an odd choice, and overall the bathroom felt a little run down. The pictures aren’t very accurate as there are probably several apartments. The entrance instructions weren’t accurate enough, had to walk around the neighborhood in the middle of the night to find the place. I’ve texted the property to help me find the place but received a response 12h later. There wasn’t a single bottle of water in the apartment, which I’ve never seen in the properties before, that was an unpleasant surprise.
