Nestled under towering oak trees directly off FM 306 sits this one-of-a-kind hidden compound composed of 4 main dwellings. These homes may be rented separately or together. Great for family reunions, weddings, and corporate retreats. Multiple fire pits near the pool can be used by all guests on site. Pull up a chair, get the fire going and enjoy roasting some hot dogs or delicious smores. The inground pool is the ultimate relaxation after a long day. Take in the sunsets while enjoying a beverage and listening to the waterfall feature form the hot tub. And best of all you can bring your fur friends!!

You'll find America’s Favorite Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Gruene Hall and Gruene Historic District, Wurstfest, Landa Park, Landa Park Golf Course and the Comal River tube chute. 10 minutes in the other direction you will find the famous “Horseshoe” on the Guadalupe River and Canyon Lake. The 2nd bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed with private half bath. 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and direct access to the full bath with walk in shower. 4th bedroom with a queen bed and access to the covered patio with outdoor fireplace. Comfortable living room with a sofa sleeper, Smart TV, and fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators and all the comforts of home. Just off the kitchen is a private back patio that is fenced in. Outdoor fireplace, propane grill and seating.
Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must stay at the property. This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests. This home has room for 3-4 vehicles no campers, RV's or trailers allowed. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed.
To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

We rented the home for Labor Day weekend from Friday through Monday. The home was a GREAT size! The master bathroom was insanely awesome. The rooms were all well kept and a good size. The location of the rental was close to all the areas to visit such as Gruene, Schlitterbahn, Canyon Lake, the river. The dishwasher had a loose rubber piece and we were not able to use it since it would leak water. There were some toilet paper holders that were broken or on the floor, but we took pictures and sent. There was also a small hole behind a door, but we also took pictures of that. The community pool was perfect! Honestly, mostly used by our family even though the other homes were rented out. Yes, there are other homes around the property but all in good distance and no one bothered us. The place has two fridges which was perfect, great island bar kitchen. The whole home was perfect for a family getaway.

We had never traveled to New Braunsfels and really not being familiar with the area kinda set us back a bit. We arrived late evening and passed up the entry to the compound. It wasn’t lit at all and the address must have fallen down because we never found it. However, we saw a huge motor home and then happened to see the driveway to our location along with the coded gate. The compound was semi kept but truly fit out needs as far as space and bedrooms. There were several other cottages on site but none were rented so we had the grounds to ourselves. The pool and hot tub was something we were looking forward to but then found out by agent that they stopped that service. Nonetheless. The house was very clean, had all dishes we needed except for a blender. Everyone overall was happy with our stay. Gorgeous town was just a 12 minute drive.
