O Apartamento é lindo e impecável. Muito bem planejado e bem dividido. Além da limpeza e decoração incrível, conta com segurança e portaria 24 h. Fica a uma quadra da Borges de Medeiros e a 10 min da Rua Torta por exemplo. Fizemos tudo a pé. Muito tranquilo o local.
Pegamos a semana mais fria do ano, com temperaturas de -1°, então o ar condicionado não era suficiente e passamos um pouco de frio, principalmente por estarmos com crianças. Uma sugestão é a instalação de aquecedores pro inverno.
